The Pelican Club Golf Course in Belleair is taking shape. Formerly the Belleview Biltmore Golf Club,a semi-private club, the new club will be private. With over 21 million dollars budgeted for construction, the owners are hoping it will be in the top 10 courses in Florida. The grass will be planted in February and the course will open in December.
Belleair Shore Sales Among Highest In 2017
In 2017, one third of the top 25 sales were of homes with addresses on Gulf Boulevard in Pinellas County, with several of them in the exclusive Pinellas community of Belleair Shore. Several professional athletes have purchased homes in recent years in the city with just 40 residences.
